Our rooms, your story

Headweir Mill House offers stylish accommodation in the heart of Exeter. This historic building is home to a range of characterful rooms. Each bedroom is en-suite some with shower cubicles, some with showers over baths and two with wet rooms. While every effort has been made during the conversion to incorporate modern facilities including sound insulation, it is a protected old building, so there may be the odd quirky layout and creaky floorboard - plus stunning river views.

Fuel your adventures with a hearty breakfast. Whether you opt for overnight oats or the full works, getting out of bed will feel a little easier with a freshly-prepared breakfast to start your day. Included in your room rate, simply roll out of bed and we'll do the rest.

Our peaceful riverside location lies mere moments from all that Exeter has to offer. Uncover a city steeped in a rich heritage that can be charted both above and below ground; from gorgeous Gothic architecture with panoramic views to meandering medieval tunnels.
